Continuing our event series with Wise, we had an amazing product meetup with 20-minute sessions held by two experts:

​The first talk featured Balazs Hamornik who talked about: as a product manager working on SENO’s ML and AI features, he has learned that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution—success comes from a deep focus on customer needs. In this talk, Balazs will share insights and challenges from building tailored solutions that are designed to scale as a product.

​Andrea Bassman-Young followed it up with: over the last decade she's helped autonomous organisations design and build frameworks that strategies into their plans.  In this talk, she talk about how we do this at Wise as well as some examples of decision making tools and frameworks you can use with your product teams.
