We were delighted to welcome Zoltan Patai for the October edition of First Monday - he's worked at the crossroads of business operations and technology in both startups and large companies. He spent nearly 5 years at McKinsey advising on digital transformations and was a Product Owner at fintech unicorn Scalable Capital. Before founding Eversync (Prev. Flawless), he was the Managing Director of Delivery Hero Hungary, where he expanded the team from 100 to 400 and increased revenues 10-fold in 3.5 years.

Zoltan & Peter had a vivid discussion thanks to the excitement of the recent funding round, and the journey of Flawless up until this point.Just a year after the initial pre-seed investment, Flawless announced a new round of funding, as it raised an additional €2 million led by German B2B SaaS VC 42Cap. Dreamcraft, Oktogon as well as existing investor Picus Capital also joined the round. With this fresh funding Flawless set out to continue to build its operational analytics software and invest into further global expansion. Flawless is an AI-powered operations control tower for ecommerce & marketplace businesses, empowering them to unify & activate their operational (e.g., sales, logistics, supply chain) data.

Flawless was founded by ex-Delivery Hero MD Zoltan Patai and ex-Scalable Capital Head of Engineering Juraj Misur, and joined by Wolfgang Wörner who previously founded and successfully exited the logistics visibility startup called Sixfold. Flawless started in May 2022 by receiving a pre-seed investment of 900.000€ from German early-stage VC firm Picus Capital (pre-seed investor of Personio, Enpal or Workmotion).

With pre-built connectors to databases & applications, Flawless unifies fragmented data sources in minutes, eliminating the need for extensive development projects. The user-friendly interface lets business teams effortlessly activate this unified data to create charts, set proactive alerts & automations and resolve incidents in a collaborative way.
